MMA announces new Client Director & Technology Team additions

Marsh & McLennan Agency is pleased to announce it has expanded its service teams to enhance our colleague and client experiences.

New Position, Client Directors

MMA recently created a client director position within the Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits service teams in Minneapolis.

The client director position in Minneapolis supports MMA’s continued effort to more clearly define career paths for colleagues while reinforcing the organization’s commitment to growth potential, and continued recruitment of top talent.

Eight MMA client advisors have been promoted to client directors because of their outstanding leadership skills and passion for achieving client excellence in their respective departments. Because of their outstanding work and dedication to their clients, MMA is able to provide the top-notch service our clients have come to expect.

Expanded Technology Team

As our client’s Employee Benefits technology needs continue to grow and evolve, MMA has expanded its regional technology team to meet the needs of our clients. The expanded team will support our regional colleagues and clients in all market segments. The Employee Benefits technology team includes:

Brian Woods, regional technology consultant

Woods will broaden his scope to developing and executing a strategy for HRIS (Human Recourses Information System), benefits administration, payroll, and engagement and communication technology platforms.

Molly McSherry, regional technology configuration analyst

McSherry is responsible for MMA HRLink implementation, project planning, system configuration, maintaining employee eligibility and client renewals.

Courtney Santeliz, technology configuration analyst

Santeliz is responsible for MMA HRLink implementation, project planning, system configuration, maintaining employee eligibility and client renewals.
