This week Construction Forum St. Louis launched a program offering resources for mental health and wellbeing in the construction industry during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In May, the Forum was awarded a grant to produce a series of eight videos and a resource website addressing the impact of COVID-19 on construction workers and their families. The $10,000 grant was awarded by the COVID-19 Regional Response Fund, a community coalition fund housed at the St. Louis Community Foundation.
Forum staff collaborated with Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis Building Trades, National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse-STL, industry companies, unions, and others in producing the resources, which include a series of eight videos with companion PDF information sheets and a resource directory website.
