Leaders Hold the Key to a More Ethical Business Culture

I recently read an article about the keys to a more ethical business culture, and it struck me that the same principles held true for franchising.

Leaders must not only communicate their values, it’s by living these values every day that it becomes a part of the culture. Franchisors need to consistently communicate the values that are important throughout their system and then they need act that way and make these values a clear part of the franchise development process.

It is important to not add a franchisee that you believe does not share your values.
