Aliou Diouf is a Vice President of Employee Heath & Benefits at Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA). Aliou provides strategic employee benefits solutions by designing and implementing cost-effective human capital and insurance risk management programs. He engages his clients’ executive teams and key stakeholders to develop a planning process and execute a benefits strategy to enhance overall business performance.
Prior to joining MMA, Aliou was an Employee Benefits Consultant at a large insurance broker. In his role, Aliou worked with organizations to elevate the health and well-being of their employees while assisting employers in attracting and retaining key talent to drive strategic growth.
Born in Senegal, Aliou and his family immigrated to Cincinnati when he was seven years old. He received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Central State University. In 2019, Aliou received recognition as a Radio One Cincinnati’s 101.1 The Wiz: 30 Under 30 Community Trailblazer.
Aliou is passionate about mentoring at-risk local youth through Cincinnati Youth Collaborative and is a Partner and Secretary for IRise Investments, a modern investment club for African American men focused on building community, wealth, and legacy. He is a Vox Futura Board Member for the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, a Board Member and Mentor for the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative Young Professionals Board, and a member of the Urban League Greater Southwest Ohio Young Professionals Group. He serves on the New Africans Immigrant Commission for the State of Ohio, the Development Committee Board for the Cancer Support Community, and the Advisory Board for the African Professionals Network (APNET).
