As National Practice Leader - Retirement Services at Marsh & McLennan Agency, Craig works closely with the National Retirement Services team to identify and execute on short- and long-term strategies aimed at establishing MMA as a leading retirement advisory organization. In addition to leading and serving the national team, Craig manages national relationships with internal and external partners and works in collaboration with regional leaders to ensure MMA's retirement services practice continues to expand its reach through innovative solutions and a commitment to client service and regulatory compliance.
Craig has more than seven years in financial services. He has managed retirement plans for companies in various industries and excels at providing high-quality, creative solutions. Although companies share common challenges, each situation is unique and Craig ensures his companies have solutions that fit their needs.
Craig earned his Bachelor of Science in Business/Accounting from the University of Phoenix. He completed the Executive Program in Financial Planning from the Terry Business School at the University of Georgia. He attained the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designation from The American College. Craig passed the certification exam for the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation from the National Association of Plan Advisors.
