As the Director of Marketing & Communications, Emily works with the sales team to strategize new business development and innovative sales techniques. Emily assists with the sales process, monitoring efforts surrounding successful communications and facilitating activity around prospecting. She works closely with each producer to leverage effective tactics for networking, outreach efforts, and recognizing growth potential. Her dual role in marketing is to help organize, execute, and oversee the planning and implementation of the company’s marketing materials and communication approach. She brings strong attention to branding consistency, industry trends, integral marketing campaigns, and opportunities for global collaboration.
Prior to joining Marsh & McLennan Agency in 2013, Emily worked as the Director of Marketing for Fitcorp Health and Wellness Centers in Boston. She earned her bachelor’s degree in advertising and communications from Franklin Pierce University, and her Master’s degree in Education from Northern Arizona University.
