George J. Garcia is a is a seasoned risk and insurance professional with 18 years of experience. George believes the effectiveness of an organization’s risk management program directly impacts their bottom line and will dramatically increase the likelihood of the organization achieving their financial outcomes. His responsibilities include creation and administration of corporate risk management programs with an emphasis on risk analysis, risk mitigation and transfer, claims management and safety/loss control. His work allows his clients to lower claims, control costs, grow market share, and retain top talent.
George has experience within in the Food & Beverage and Manufacturing industries. His risk and insurance management focus includes: Products Liability, Product Recall, Supply Chain, Professional E&O, Cyber Liability, Employment Practice Liability, Employee Benefits, Captives, Commercial Property & Casualty, Auto, and Workers Compensation.
George earned the designation of Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS). He also serves on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Association for Food Safety (NJAFP), which is an affiliate of the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP). The organization helps to protect the global food supply.
For the past 20 years, George has shown his passion for helping others, evidenced by his time volunteering in the community as an adolescent counselor and a youth football coach. He is a graduate of Montclair State University.
