The Wilmington office began in 2007 with just three employees as a branch of Senn Dunn Insurance. Over the next 10 years, the Wilmington office grew to a well-established business insurance and employee benefit office in the Southeast North Carolina region with investments in new employees and organic growth.

Marsh & McLennan Agency acquired Senn Dunn in 2014 which provided them even more opportunities to grow with people, talent, and resources. The Wilmington office has a vast array of expertise in specific industries and insurance related products with a specialty in coastal property exposures.

The office prides itself on providing consultative insurance services to all of their clients. The staff is passionate about the relationships they build with clients and the services they offer. The Wilmington office primarily serves clients in the middle market segment specializing in Business Insurance and Employee Health & Benefits.
