Kim leads MMA’s Employee Benefits Client Service team to ensure the delivery of uncompromising customer service. She works with our corporate customers assisting with various aspects of their Employee Benefits plans.

Kim has built her career with hands-on, deep dive consultative approach to helping employers find the right coverages for their employees. Her principal focus has been on putting the clients’ needs before other interests and simplifying the entire benefits process for them. In a climate where quantity tends to overrule quality, Kim remains committed to her clients’ best interests and works tenaciously to see that those interests are fully accommodated.
