Kristen helps employers manage the impact of Property & Casualty claims within their organizations. From reviewing insurance policies, claim forms and other records to determine insurance coverage, to responding to client requests and following up on
claim status, Kristen feels her primary responsibility is advocating for the client with insurance carriers.

Her insurance experience enables Kristen to analyze information and reports, make
sound recommendations and provide solutions for the client. She takes time to investigate claim concerns and to explain and recommend post-claim management
strategies.
Kristen strives to meet client needs and feels successful in her job when clients reach out to her often with questions and concerns. This tells her that she has been helpful in the past and that her clients value her as a knowledgeable resource. Knowing that claims are stressful for clients, it satisfies Kristen to know that she is helping her clients through the process and is providing them with reassurance they need to have peace of mind. Hearing clients tell her that her advice benefited them happens often and is rewarding.
