Client Executive, Employee Benefits

As a client executive, Lauren’s role is to coordinate the review, negotiation and implementation of a successful employee benefits package for clients ranging in size from 30 – 200 lives. She acts as the primary point of contact for clients and their benefit carrier partners. She also works closely with clients to mitigate service issues, communicate new regulations, and help them stay current on industry and market trends.

Lauren supports clients in developing year-round long-term strategies for value proposition and financial performance as it relates to employee benefit offerings and Human Capital Management. She takes pride in helping her clients navigate new regulations and assisting them in creating a long-term strategy that best supports their employees and delivers positive and innovative benefit options.

Lauren is passionate about taking a holistic approach when working with organizations, in order to break down barriers between the wellbeing of employees and the bottom line of the organization and ensure success for the client as a whole.

Lauren strives to answer her clients’ questions accurately and efficiently while helping them better understand the ins and outs of their benefits plans. Dedicating her time and knowledge to making her clients happy while providing them with what they need, gives Lauren satisfaction.
