Lisa Dickinson is Senior Vice President in the Executive Liability Practice of Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA Southeast, J. Smith Lanier). She works with clients across the U.S. to understand their cyber exposures and options for risk transfer.
In the early 2000’s, Lisa was placing cyber liability insurance with Underwriters at Lloyds of London when the product was still emerging. She’s viewed as an expert in this field, and participates in MMA’s national Cyber Center of Excellence. In addition to brokerage and negotiating terms and conditions for clients, Lisa’s area of interest include the role of loss control services in mitigating cyber losses, using data to differentiate risks to underwriters and helping clients become as prepared as possible for when (not if) a cyber event impacts their organization.
Lisa brings to MMA clients a broad background in underwriting and national accounts brokerage specifically in Executive lines comprised of D&O, E&O, EPL, Fiduciary Liability, Cyber Liability and Crime. She’s served as a US-based underwriter on behalf of Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s of London, as well as Axis and Kemper. The majority of her brokerage experience is comprised of large national accounts, complex risks and international placements, including public D&O client advisory in Marsh’s FINPRO practice. The focus of Lisa’s career is Executive and Professional liability for private and publicly traded companies, including financial institutions and non-profit entities.
Lisa joined MMA in August of 2016 and provides internal advice and counsel, aids in the marketing and placement of accounts, with an emphasis on more complex risks, for all of MMA Southeast’s offices and producers.
