Lori Nilsen has been in the insurance industry since 1989.  She has focused on providing excellent benefits and superior service to clients of all sizes.  Beginning in the personal lines business, she built an Allstate agency from scratch.  After ten successful years providing for individuals peace of mind she made the transition to exclusively focus on providing group employee benefits.  Beginning in 2007 a large focus was devoted to the Public Entity Sector of the benefits market.  In addition, Lori has partnered with mid to large sized private industry with great success. 

Lori has been involved at every level of the process from the initial proposal, policy service, enrollment, marketing, claims, and most importantly customer service.  She is a certified Affordable Health Care Navigator and Certified Healthcare Reform Consultant.  She joined J.W. Terrill as Employee Benefits Consultant in January 2014 to add to the highly qualified team.  She has a wealth of experience with multiple carriers in the marketplace to assist in analyzing products and services.
