Paul has been an Employee Benefits Consultant with J.W. Terrill since 1991. Paul’s experience includes consulting on large to mid size employers nationwide. Paul is involved in strategic planning; including negotiations, design and implementation of cost effective plans for both self-insured and fully-insured clients, and incorporates the effects of Healthcare Reform into every facet of his consultative approach to offering employee benefits. Paul has served on various Broker Advisory Councils with Coventry, United Healthcare, Aetna and Anthem and is proud to work with many non-profit organizations in the area. Paul received his B.S. degree from Millikin University.
