Rochelle For over ten years, Rochelle practiced law in the area of insurance defense, where her practice focused primarily on professional liability, general liability, auto liability, and worker's compensation. A substantial portion of her experience arose as in-house counsel at Sanford, the Midwest's largest non-profit healthcare system. Given her litigation background, Rochelle excels at problem solving, and nothing excites her more than identifying and mitigating risk. Whether by connecting clients to carrier resources or negotiating more favorable coverage terms, Rochelle gives true meaning to the term insurance advisor. A native of Miller, South Dakota, Rochelle received her B.S. in Mathematics, with highest honors, from South Dakota State University. She then obtained her law degree with honors from the University of Minnesota Law School. Rochelle is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota, the American Health Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
