Prior to joining BRG and Marsh & McLennan Agency, Ross worked as a health and ancillary products sales representative for Employers Select Plan, using his analytic skills to recommend the right solutions from multiple insurance providers to consultants and brokers. His success in sales led him to joining Humana, Inc. in 2000 as a commercial sales representative. There he provided a diverse range of clients with education about insurance products.
