Sean Antolik is a safety consultant with Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA), Sean works with businesses to develop strategic and operational solutions to control their losses and reduce their risk of injuries in the workplace.
Sean is excited to use his passion for safety to help his clients develop their safety cultures. He does so by helping them reduce injuries, mitigate risk and alleviate employee issues and concerns related to safety. He works closely with the management teams of his clients to build relationships of trust and thrives on knowing that he makes a difference in keeping them safe.
Having been a Soldier in the Minnesota Army National Guard, Sean is most proud of earning a “Commander Coin” for his dedication to duty while helping keep his team positive, energized and productive during flood fighting efforts in North Dakota and he uses that same energy and enthusiasm when working with clients.
He assesses a client’s needs and creates customized recommendations and programs that align with short- and long-term safety goals unique to the organization. He does so by conducting workplace audits, performing risk assessments, leading employee trainings, developing management systems and providing accountability for safety initiatives.
Sean strives to help clients protect their most valuable assets, their employees. He works to increase awareness and recognition of common workplace risk factors while creating a self-sustaining safety culture within their organizations.
Sean is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and the National Safety Council. His designation includes Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP).
Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and children, reading and listening to a variety of podcasts, and taking full advantage of all that Duluth and the North Shore has to offer.
