As a national accounts business insurance and risk consultant with MMA, Steve provides leadership and supervision to the marketing operations within the National Accounts team, ensuring the retention and acquisition of quality clients. He is responsible for assisting producers with technical placement, analytics, and account retention. In addition to developing the National Accounts team and leading the Account Executives in the day-to-day marketing of existing and new clients, he act as an internal resource for coverage and market related issues.
He provides advice and insight into the challenges and exposures unique to customers’ business operations and then works with them to develop solutions to mitigate and control these risks. He works hard to gather the facts, evaluate the risks, and then structure a risk management strategy.
Steve focuses on building relationship and strategic planning. He measures success by the strength of his business relationships and how he can proactively help them.
Steve takes great pride in his ability to combine his analytical and technical skills along with client presentation skills that allows him to help his clients reach their business objectives and goals.
Steve is currently involved in MN CPCU Society, The National Alliance and MN RIMS. He also stays busy with his four children, wife and their dog.
