Steven Norton, CPCU, ARM

Chairman - Group Captives Center of Excellence, SVP

Steven Norton established the Alternative Risk Financing and Captive Insurance Company practice at J. Smith Lanier (JSL) in 2003. In 2017, JSL merged with Marsh & McLennan Agency and Steve was named Chairman of the MMA Group Captive Center of Excellence. He is based out of the Atlanta metro area.
