George is the Director of Client Compliance & Regulatory Affairs for Marsh & McLennan Agency’s New England region. His primary focus is addressing any client healthcare reform regulatory or employee benefit compliance needs. Prior to joining Marsh & McLennan Agency, George was a Vice President and Managing Counsel at the UNUM Group where he worked on ERISA and non-ERISA matters for 15 years. In 2016 Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly recognized George as one of the top in-house compliance resources in New England.

Steven M. Tardanico

Steven is the President of Reimbursement Specialists, Inc (RSI).  He has 18 years’ experience in health insurance, third party administration and employee benefits.  His career began at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts where he spent ten years as a Manager, Trainer and Sales Executive. Over the last 8 years Steven has worked with RSI to expand and enhance their proprietary claims avoidance programs and cost containment strategies.  As President of RSI, Steven currently oversees product development, underwriting, carrier integration and business development for RSI.
