Sleep is a crucial component to mental well-being during times of stress, although it may be harder to come by with heightened anxiety and when routines are off due to remote work.
Attendees of this session will learn about the sleep-health connection (including impact on mental health and resiliency in times of stress) and sleep disrupting habits that may be impacting sleep quality and hours clocked. Sleep hygiene tips and tricks will be shared; actions attendees can take during the day and evening to support restful nighttime sleep. For attendees needing additional support, options for seeking help with a sleep disorder will also be discussed.
