Kyleen has been in the insurance industry for nearly 20 years, the majority of those with a focus in voluntary benefits. She joined the MMA family in early 2015 managing the Voluntary Benefits Practice for our Minneapolis Office before relocating to San Diego with her family in early 2020 to manage the Voluntary Benefits Practice for our MMA’s West Region which includes our California, Arizona and Alaska offices. As the leader of the Voluntary Benefits Practice at MMA West, she is responsible for creating tools and being a resource for all things in the traditional worksite voluntary benefits space for our teams and clients.
Paul has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. He currently leads United Healthcare’s Voluntary Benefit Practice where he is accountable for the growth of the supplemental health practice. The first 20 years of his carrier was spent at Trion, a consultant outside of Philadelphia, PA. The first 10 years of his tenure at Trion was in a leadership role within the Benefit Administration practice where he led and managed all aspects of the enrollment platform. During the last 10 years of his tenure at Trion, Paul led the Voluntary Benefit Practice where he grew the practice into a nationally recognized program.
