The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound effect not only on our businesses, but the employees who are working hard to keep the course as we all navigate a new working world. Leadership and HR are tasked with the difficult job of making sure their teams feel supported and connected as many of us work remotely. Mental health should be a top priority for employers as they seek ways to look out for their people.

In this session, we will hear how COVID-19 is impacting the workplace, and how organizations are managing the pandemic in regards to employee wellbeing. We will talk about mental health in particular and take a look at some important statistics, and hear from one of the leading mental health organizations on how we can improve mental health by learning brain functionality. Lastly, we will discuss how to pivot and deliver a meaningful wellness program that looks out for the total wellbeing of your employees.
