C-Change kicks off its sixteenth class with 56 people representing various career and life experiences desiring to develop into civic leaders. The premier leadership development program is a part of the Leadership Center’s suite of offerings at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. C-Change is designed for advancing, mid-career leaders looking to increase their impact in the region, expand their professional and personal networks, and further develop their leadership skills.
Cincy Next, a leadership development program offered through the Cincinnati Regional Chamber’s Leadership Center, kicked off its eighth class with 37 participants. The seven-month program is designed for professionals within their first eight years of employment seeking professional and personal development as well as getting better connected to the region.
Members of both classes come from a variety of backgrounds, occupations, and local employers.
