Marsh McLennan Agency Announces Amanda Vail As Chief Operating Officer For Southeast Region

Johns Creek, GA, January 20, 2022 - Marsh McLennan Agency’s (MMA) Southeast region today announced the appointment of Amanda Vail as Chief Operating Officer, effective January 1, 2022.

In her new role, Ms. Vail is responsible for driving tactical alignment, efficiency, and consistency across 22 offices in the region by working closely with operations, sales, finance, and marketing teams. She reports to the Southeast region CEO, Peter Krause.

Ms. Vail brings nearly 20 years of experience to her new role, most recently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for the region since 2018. Prior to joining MMA, she worked in the public accounting field and served in various leadership roles at PulteGroup, Inc. and NASDAQ.

Commenting on Ms. Vail’s appointment, Mr. Krause said, “Amanda is an instrumental member of our Executive Leadership Team and has demonstrated excellent strategic and financial management to help MMA Southeast deliver meaningful growth.”

Ms. Vail has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from College of Charleston. She is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
