Marsh McLennan Agency welcomes Kevin Ryan as New England’s President of Employee Health & Benefits

Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA) is pleased to announce that Kevin Ryan will be joining the New England team as the President of Employee Health and Benefits.  Kevin has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has guided teams to success at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., Longfellow Benefits, and most recently at Employee Benefit Solutions (EBS).  Kevin is known for bringing collaborative, leading-edge employee benefit solutions and improving enrollment satisfaction.  He has built a culture of colleague development and synergy between sales and service.  Kevin will join the executive leadership team at MMA and lead a diverse and knowledgeable team of employee benefit professionals across the New England region.

With Kevin’s arrival at MMA it has allowed for Paul Kraemer, current President of EH&B, to proceed with his retirement plans after almost 40 years of service in the insurance field.  Paul and Kevin will work together over the next few months to ensure a smooth and seamless transition, with Paul leaving at the end of March 2021.

“It’s been a great few years at MMA and I’ll surely miss the terrific team of associates who work tirelessly to support our colleagues and clients,” said Paul.  “However, it’s reassuring to know that we have an extremely talented leader to continue the special culture and team dynamic that our CEO, Jerry, and his leadership team have established.”
