Marsh & McLennan Agency Recognized as 2021 “Best Place to Work” in Orange County

Marsh & McLennan Agency’s (MMA) Orange County office has been recognized as a 2021 “Best Place to Work” by Orange County Business Journal and Best Companies Group.

This county-wide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Orange County, California, benefiting the county's economy, its workforce and businesses. The program consists of an employer survey on workplace policies, practices, demographics, and unique perks, as well as a survey of local employees measuring their experience and satisfaction with their employer and workplace culture. MMA’s Orange County office ranked #11 in the large employer category.  

“Our people are truly the best of the best and have done an amazing job this past year,” said Orange County Managing Director, Sam Quigley. “Despite the many challenges of the pandemic, our colleagues continued to support their clients, support each other, and find creative ways to give back to the community – whether it was dropping off meals for healthcare workers or donating masks.”
