According to the CDC, more than 5,500 construction workers die by suicide each year, making construction the profession with the second-highest employee suicide rate in America. As an employer, this statistic can feel overwhelming.
Given that May is Mental Health Awareness Month, MMA has prepared a special virtual event to facilitate conversations about mental health in the construction industry. Join us to make your construction industry-related mental health goals more manageable.
