On demand | Path to Transparency in Coverage (TiC): What employers need to know to remain compliant on July 1, 2022
Thank you for your interest in our event. Unfortunately this webinar has passed. If you would like to watch a recording of the session, please click the link below.
In October 2020, HHS, Labor, and Treasury issued the groundbreaking “Transparency in Coverage” final Rule (TiC), which requires plan sponsors of self-insured plans and fully-insured group health plans to disclose extensive price and cost-sharing information in a set of two different required data disclosures: public disclosures and plan participant disclosures. These rules will be implemented in phases, over the course of about three years, beginning with the public posting of pricing data (machine-readable files).
View the recording from the informational webinar about the TiC Rule and what is necessary for employers to accomplish by July 1, 2022. Attendees can expect to learn more about the key phases and scope of the TiC requirements including what self-insured and fully-insured group health plans must do to remain compliant.
This webinar is open to all, but we think human resources, benefits, and compliance leaders will find the information particularly helpful.
