Marsh McLennan Agency named 2020 “Best Place to Work” in Bay Area

Marsh & McLennan Agency’s (MMA) Bay Area offices in San Francisco and Walnut Creek, California have been recognized as a 2020 Best Place to Work by San Francisco Business Journal and Silicon Valley Business Journal in partnership with Best Companies Group.

The county-wide survey and awards program was designed to identify and honor the best places of employment in the Greater Bay Area counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Monterey, Napa, San Benito, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano and Sonoma. The award recognizes organizations that benefit the local economy, it’s workforce and businesses. Award winners were selected following an evaluation of employer workplace policies, practices and demographics, as well as an employee survey to measure the employee experience directly.
