White Plains, March 3, 2026 – Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), a business of Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) and a leading provider of business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement and wealth, and private client insurance solutions across the US and Canada, today announced the appointment of Carrie Lonze as Chief Information and Digital Officer. In this role, which is effective immediately, Ms. Lonze will be based in Chicago and report to Luke Solomou, Chief Operations Officer of MMA.
Ms. Lonze brings 24 years of digital transformation experience to the role, most recently serving as Managing Director in Accenture’s Property/Casualty Insurance Consulting Practice, where she developed and implemented technology modernization strategies for organizations across the insurance industry. In her new role, Ms. Lonze will lead the IT group and help leverage technology to deliver insights and solutions to help clients mitigate risk and unlock new avenues for growth.
