White Plains, New York, April 29, 2025 – Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), a business of Marsh and a leading provider of business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement and wealth, and private client insurance solutions across the US and Canada, today announced the appointment of Luke Solomou as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, which is effective immediately, Mr. Solomou reports to Matt Stadler, President of MMA.
Mr. Solomou joins MMA from Oliver Wyman, a Marsh McLennan business, where he most recently served as a Partner leading the insurance and asset management deal-driven transformation business. Prior to joining Oliver Wyman in 2024, he supported the enterprise operational transformation journey and led multiple large divestitures and integrations at AIG, in addition to spending over a decade at Accenture advising on digital strategies and operational and technology modernization for insurers.
In his new role at MMA, Mr. Solomou will oversee initiatives to streamline operations, optimize technology, and deliver outstanding client experience.
