White Plains, New York, July 15, 2025 – Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), a business of Marsh and a leading provider of business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement and wealth, and private client insurance solutions across the US and Canada, today announced the appointment of Trindl Reeves to Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, which is effective immediately, Ms. Reeves reports to Matt Stadler, President of MMA.
In her expanded role, Ms. Reeves is tasked with ensuring that service models are aligned with client expectations and creating differentiated value for clients through new product innovation and proprietary solutions across business lines.
Ms. Reeves has served as MMA’s National Chief Sales Officer (CSO) since 2021. She joined MMA (then legacy agency Barney & Barney) in 2006 and was promoted to CSO of MMA’s West region in 2010. She also previously served as Managing Director for Marsh’s offices in Newport Beach and San Diego, and as the regional sales leader.
