Marsh McLennan Agency’s Lincoln, NE office is proud to be among the newest organizations recognized by the Lincoln Family-Friendly Workplace Certification Program, which has now surpassed a major milestone of more than 50 certified employers.
Launched in October 2025 in partnership with Lincoln Littles and the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development (LPED), the program recognizes organizations that support working families through policies and benefits that help employees thrive at work and at home.
To earn certification, employers must meet at least seven of 10 workplace criteria focused on family-friendly practices such as flexible schedules, paid parental leave and child care support.
“Family-friendly workplace practices ensure parents have what they need to be their best — at work and at home,” said Anne Brandt, Executive Director of Lincoln Littles. “When employers develop policies with families in mind, they create environments where both parents and young children can truly thrive.”
Marsh McLennan Agency leaders said the recognition reflects the organization’s commitment to supporting employees and promoting work-life balance.
