A GPEL policy provides higher levels of liability protection when a lawsuit exceeds the coverage levels in your existing policies (automobile, homeowners, tenant, recreational vehicle, or watercraft insurance policies). GPEL policies are specifically designed to cover damages you or an eligible member of your household are legally obligated to pay as a result of bodily injury, property damage, or personal injury (including libel or slander).
